Inventory Status and Definitions
In-Stock - Item is in stock and ready for shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be shipped. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Pre-Order - Pre-order items are new products. Items become available as "Pre-Order" when a batch is in the queue to be manufactured, allowing customers to order and reserve the product before it is ready to ship. Please allow 4-6 weeks, from when your order is placed, for the "Pre-Order" item to ship.
Backordered - Items will be marked as "Back-Order" when the item is out of stock, but is "in process" of being manufactured. Allowing customers to reserve an item before it is ready to ship. Please allow 2-3 weeks, from when your order is placed, for the "Backordered" item to ship. Some items listed as "Backordered" may be Built to Order. Please look at the item description.
Out of Stock - Item is not in stock and not available for purchase at this time. Typically, out of stock items come back in 1-2 weeks. Built to order items can be placed as out of stock if the build queue becomes backed up.
Built to Order - Item is placed in the build queue when the order is received. Orders will be placed in the queue in the same order as they are received. Built to Order currently has a 15 week lead time from the day you order.
Slider Steps - Slider Steps are Built to Order, as of 12/01/24. However, they have a lead time of 4-5 weeks from the day your order placed.
January 2025: Built to Order Status updated to 15 weeks for items to be shipped.
Everything looks good, no problem with the order at all. However I'm still waiting on other parts before I can install. I belong to ZR2 group and everyone raves about 589Fabrication that's why I choose these guys!
